I've always imagined Beige as a sort of wise-guy looking character, but more of an older looking one.

I've thought this through and came to the conclusion that Blue will look around mid-forties, look rather respective but elite and experienced with the hand, regarding shooting and tactics ecetera.

Well, mine would have to be a combination of two different characters.
